Amina Asim

Data Scientist at the United States Agency for Global Media. Previously, she was a Digital Media Consultant for Voice of America and a Media, Technology & Society fellow at Northwestern University. Amina has a PhD in transnational media modeling from Northwestern University and graduated from Lahore University of Management Sciences. On the side, she is producing a documentary film The Iron Friendship, which focuses on China’s recreation of the old silk route and growing influence of its $60 billion+ infrastructure investment in Pakistan.
