J Clay McGuyer
Clay McGuyer is the National Guard Bureau Lead for Innovation, where he helps National Guardsman solve national security problems, protect our interests abroad, and protect our communities. He has served in leadership roles across the Department of Defense, pioneering capabilities in field analytics to develop technology solutions and build partnerships across government and partner nations. Clay has a PhD In Biomedical Engineering and a degree in Zoology. In his spare time, he likes to travel, exercise, and quote old movies.
