Josh Richards

Josh Richards is an American attorney and tech strategist leading North American operations for Pacific Peering, an environmental technology company that is supporting the deployment of the world’s first climate sensors connected to subsea data cables. Josh has previously served in a variety of offices in the Pentagon, DHS, DOJ, and the U.S. House of Representatives. Within the private sector, Josh has served in strategy and leadership positions with early-stage startups, nonprofit organizations, as well as multinational corporations such as Deloitte, where his portfolio included strategy consulting for AT&T and Google. Josh has a law degree from George Washington University and an MBA from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. In his spare time, Josh enjoys the outdoors and having fun with his seven nieces and nephews.

Josh represented Pacific Peering in the Summer 2023 Nonprofit and Public Interest Fellowship.
