Shayna Korol
Shayna Korol is a writer and researcher focused on health and policy. She is currently a reporter for BioNews Services, covering chronic and rare diseases. Previously, Shayna wrote for Accessibility.com and the University of Minnesota’s BioTechnology Institute. She was also a health services research assistant and has worked as a journalist at Becker’s Healthcare. She received a degree in Health Science and Policy from Brandeis University, where she was a Ruderman Social Justice in Disability Scholar conducting research on the parental rights of people with disabilities. In her spare time, Shayna enjoys hiking, writing fiction, and going to dog parks.
