Theodora (Theo) Skeadas is the Deputy Director of Strategy for the State of Massachusetts’s Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS), where she advises state agencies in Massachusetts on their technology systems and data strategies. Theo also consults on trust and safety issues with civil society organizations, including Carnegie Endowment for International Peace’s Partnership for Countering Influence Operations, the Committee to Protect Journalists, and the Integrity Institute. She previously worked at Twitter, where she managed the Trust and Safety Council and managed a research hub within the Public Policy team. She works part-time as the Executive Director of Cambridge Local First, a community nonprofit that addresses economic development issues. She has an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BA from Harvard College. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and reading fantasy fiction.
Theo represented the Integrity Institute in the Summer 2023 Nonprofit and Public Interest Fellowship.
