Tony Sebro

Tony Sebro is the Deputy General Counsel for the Wikimedia Foundation, the nonprofit host of Wikipedia. Previously, Tony served as the General Counsel of Software Freedom Conservancy, the home of Git and ~50 other open source software projects, and worked in both private practice and as an IP business development executive at IBM. Tony received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and his JD/MBA from the University of Michigan. In his spare time, Tony enjoys taking day trips in the Bay Area with his wife and son, cartooning, increasingly rare moments of songwriting, and rooting for DC-area sports teams.
